Beginner Barbell Training
Anchor uses a basic linear progression model with one clear goal: gradually add weight to the bar while giving your body time to adapt and perfect movement patterns. Loads increase intentionally over time, allowing technique, strength, and confidence to rise together. The focus is not rushing intensity, but laying a rock-solid strength foundation that supports long-term progress.
Intermediate Barbell Training
Ascend revolves around percentage-based training paired with challenging plus sets. Percentages dial in the correct load for the day, while plus sets allow you to push past minimum requirements and drive adaptation. Advanced Barbell Training

Do I need a full gym or barbells?

What if I’m over 50 or have old injuries?
Every movement has built-in modifications. We prioritize safe, sustainable progress that is accessible to everyone, no matter your age or medical history. Is this only for Christians?
Everyone is welcome. Faith is part of our foundation, but the training works regardless. If you're not interested in the faith aspect of Stronghold, simply skip over it. How much time does it really take?
